The object of this project is the collection, supply and preparation of geological and statistical data of the coastal zone of Rhodes, their evaluation, digitization and geo-referencing in the EGSA 87 system, as well as their on-site recording so that these data can be mapped of a suitable scale and create a database (geowasis) so that all the information is available from the Municipality of Rhodes for further processing and study.
GEOKAT and Geosciences contribute decisively by providing the appropriate logistical support so that the municipality of Rhodes is able to cope with any challenge in the most direct and modern way.
